We have three properties that we have renovated and modenised to a high standard of finish. They also include high health and safety specifications, above the standard recommended by the environmental health office, with feature as follows: -

• 30 minure fire door with smoke seals, on the kitchen doors.
  
• Mains wired heat detectors in the kitchen, which are linked to the smoke detectors.
  
• Mains wired linked smoke detectors in the lounge and on the landing.
  
• Corgi certificate for all gas appliances, renewed with the gas service every year.
  
• NICEIC certificate to ensure all the electrics are safe and comply with the electrical regulations.
  
• Fire escape design windows with a opening constraint to reduce any risk of fall.
